We offer two event rooms that each have:

  • Lounge rooms for changing and relaxing.​

  • Kitchens with sink, prep tables, and refrigerators.

  • Various lighting options 

  • Multiple private restrooms in each room. 

  • Video screens

  • The "2713 Room" offers a 250-foot LED screen backdrop.  

 

We have handicap accessibility, free internet service, hundreds of lighted parking spaces, easy entry for caterers, DJ's, bands, and entertainers.  Feel free to text us (which is our preferred method of initial communication), call us, or email us today to schedule a tour. ​The 2703 Room 

(holds up to 250 people)

  • Friday rentals ~ $2,500 from 9:00am to 1:00am. Friday hourly rate is $225 per hour with an 8-hour minimum rental time.

  • Room includes ~ Night security, cleaning at the end of your event, bathroom attendant during your event, banquet tables and banquet chairs. We will set up the chairs and tables prior to your arrival.

  • To secure the room ~There is a 25% down payment requirement, contract must be signed prior to the event, and event must be approved by management. â€‹

  • Saturday rentals ~ $2,890. This is an all-day rental price from 9:00am to 1:00am (no hourly rate available)

  • Room includes ~ Night security, cleaning at the end of your event, bathroom attendant during your event, banquet tables and banquet chairs. We will set up the chairs and tables prior to your arrival.

  • To secure the room ~There is a 25% down payment requirement, contract must be signed prior to the event, and event must be approved by management.

  • Sunday rentals ~ $2,500. This is an all-day rental price from 9:00am to 1:00am. Events cannot start before 1:00pm, however decorating and set up can start at 9:00am. Sunday hourly rate is $225 with an 8-hour minimum rental time.

  • Room includes ~ Night security, cleaning at the end of your event, bathroom attendant during your event, banquet tables and banquet chairs. We will set up the chairs and tables prior to your arrival.

  • Monday – Thursday:  $195 per hour (except holidays)

  • Funeral Repass: Includes 4-hours of time, black linens, basic table center pieces, picture slide show, Pandora music station of your choice and on staff person during the repass. Please call for special funeral repass pricing
