The 2703 Room 

• Saturday rentals are from 9:00am to 1:00am. Cost is $2,890. Room includes:  night security, cleaning at the end of the event, bathroom attendant, and banquet tables and banquet chair set up. There is a 25% down payment to secure the date.

• Sunday rentals are $2,600 for the entire day and includes the same amenities as Saturday events.  There is also the option of renting the space for $225 per hour with an 8-hour minimum time rental (cleaning and security is not included with the hourly time rental option).

• Friday rentals are $2,600 from 9:00am to 1:00am, with the same amenities as Saturdays or $225 per hour with an 8-hour minimum rental time.

• Monday – Thursday:  $195 per hour (except holidays) 

• Events cannot start before 1:00pm on Sunday's.

• Funeral Repass: Includes 4-hours of time, black linens, basic table center pieces, picture slide show, Pandora music station of your choice and on staff person during the repass. Please call for special funeral repass price.

Down Payment :

• In order for your reservation to be held, a signed contract and a 25% down payment must be in place to secure your proposed date.  

• The 25% down payment is non-refundable (this down payment will be deducted from your total cost).
